Did you know that you can also easily make a pizza base with the baking mix for white bread?
Preparation method
Mix 200 grams of mix, 120 ml water or milk, 25 ml olive oil and 7 g dry or 15 g fresh yeast until a smooth dough forms.
Make 2 balls of dough and wrap it in foil.
Let it rise for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough into a round shape, spread some tomato sauce on the pizzas and add your favourite toppings.
Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes.
