In order to ensure that we can deliver your order to the address you provided, we require your information. For this reason, the www.damhert.be or www.damhert.com website processes privacy-sensitive information (often personal data). Damhert Nutrition considers handling your personal data with care to be of great importance. This data will be processed by us both carefully and securely. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with your personal data and why we do it. Personal data
Personal data includes all data that can be traced to you as an individual. This includes your name, telephone number, address, email address, IP address, client number, order history, and browsing behaviour.
Use of personal data

- Processing your order
When you order an item, we require specific information from you in order to deliver your order and keep you informed about it. We also require this information for any returns or repairs.
- Handling payment
In order to handle the payment for your order properly, we use payment information. Of course, all payments occur in a secure payment environment. We use mollie.com for this, which is an online payment system that makes payment easier and more flexible.
- Communication
In order to have communication regarding your order run smoothly and simply, we use your personal data.
- Satisfying legal obligations
In order to satisfy our legal obligations, we store the data required to perform the agreement that we concluded with your within the set legal period of seven years.
- Marketing (with consent)
In order to provide you with personalised offers, we use your personal/contact data. These data are only used if you have provided your express consent.
- Fraud prevention
For the purposes of fraud prevention, we use your IP address, address information, and payment information if there is justified reason.

Via our webshop, we offer the option to ask questions using a variety of mediums (such as email, telephone, and social media). You choose the data that you provide in this process. The data that you send us will be stored for as long is necessary for to fully answer and address your question.
We provide a newsletter which we use to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link that you can use to unsubscribe.
Data for prize-winning promotions
For participation in competitions and prize-winning promotions, we ask for data from you, such as your name, residential address, and/or email address. We need this data to conduct the prize-winning promotion and announce the winner(s).
Client research

Damhert.be or damhert.com does not acquire access to your social media account. These buttons are only a link and do not provide any personal data to third parties either.
