Ingredients
Soya milk (can also be oat milk)
500 ml
Vanilla pudding powder in 50 ml soy milk
40g
Tagatesse without sugars
50g
Bicof
2 teaspoons
Preparation method
Mix the Tagatesse without sugars with the 500 ml soy milk. Bring to the boil together.
Dissolve the Vanilla pudding powder and Bicof together in the 50ml soy milk.
Add the Bicof/Vanilla powder mixture to the boiled soy milk with Tagatesse. You will feel that the mixture thickens automatically.
Pour the mixture into bowls and leave to cool. Finish with some whipped cream and shaved Without Sugars Fondant chocolate, if desired.
