Ingredients
Frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, berries and/or raspberries)
250g
Orange
1
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Keto yogurt
2 teaspoon
Tagatesse without sugars
2 teaspoon
This recipe is perfect for 2 people.
Preparation method
Defrost the fruit. Keep about 20g of the fruit for garnish.
Squeeze the orange.
Mix the rest of the fruit with the orange juice and lemon juice. Divide this over 2 deep plates.
Stir the Tagatesse trough the yogurt and add a spoon of yogurt to each plate.
Garnish with the fruit you reserve.
