Sweet fruits (e.g. strawberries)

Without Sugars Tagatesse
300g
Pec plus
1 sachet
Preparation method
Mix the sachet of pec plus with the strawberries and bring the mixture to the boil.
Add the Tagatesse without sugar while stirring to avoid lumps.
Let it boil for a few minutes and skim off the foam.
Immediately fill the jars with the jam and close them well. Let the jam cool down for at least 12 hours
