Whole cream (keep separately)
125 grams
Tagatesse without sugars (keep separately)
4 tablespoons
Have you ever eaten a Low Carb chocolate mousse? You really should try this delicious dessert without sugars!
Preparation method
Put a large bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to get cool.
Put the 180 g whole cream and 3 tablespoons of Tagatesse in the chilled bowl and beat the cream with an electric mixer.
Put the Less Sugar Choco in another large bowl and stir until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream bit by bit into the less sugary chocolate until it is completely mixed.
Spoon the mousse into 4 glasses and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Put the 125 grams of whipped cream and 4 tablespoons of Tagatesse that you kept separate in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer.
Top the mousse with the whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder, raspberries and hazelnuts. Enjoy!
