Margarine at room temperature
200g
Without Sugars Tagatesse
170g
Self-rising flour
200g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Preparation method
Beat the eggs together with the sugar-free Tagatesse until frothy. You can add 200g of sugar-free Tagatesse instead of 170g if you want it very sweet.
Cut the margarine into small cubes and mix it into the egg mixture.
Add the sifted self-raising flour and baking powder and stir until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Grease the baking tin and dust it with flour, so that you can remove the cake from the tin more easily after baking.
Fill the baking tin with the batter and bake for 30 minutes at 160 °C.
Then lower the temperature to 140 °C and bake for another 30 minutes.
Let it cool down and enjoy!
