Damhert No Meat Salade
cherry tomatoes, chopped into pieces
chopped fresh herbs such as parsley or coriander (optional)
Salt and pepper
Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone.
Add the Damhert No Meat Salad to a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes and chopped herbs to the mixture and stir again.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Generously fill each avocado half with the Damhert No Meat Salad mixture.
Serve immediately and enjoy these delicious stuffed avocados as a tasty and nutritious lunch.
