Dates are magically delicious, and as far as we are concerned, tastier than any candy. With this recipe for stuffed dates, you can make a delicious and healthy snack with them. Completely veg and natural, so enjoy!
Cut the dates open lengthwise down the middle and remove the stone.
Then finely chop the mint and parsley leaves. Prepare the filling by mixing the cottage cheese with 1 tsp ras el hanout, the juice of 1 lemon, the fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
Top the dates with 1 tbsp of the cottage cheese mixture.
Coarsely chop the almonds and use as garnish.
