Ingredients
Classico of Vitale Bread
2 slices
egg
1
vegetable milk
50 ml
cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon
Tagatesse Without Sugars
1 tablespoon
vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Preparation method
Using a fork, beat the egg, vegetable milk, cinnamon and sugar into an even mixture.
Pass the slices of bread through the mixture on both sides so that they are well coated.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown.
Pat them with kitchen paper and serve warm for the best flavour!
You can garnish them with FODMAP poor fruit like strawberries and blueberries if you like.
