Ingredients
Biofood buckwheat flour
125 g
lactose-free milk
400 ml
rice flour
125 g
eggs
2
baking powder
10 g
Biofood maple syrup
2 tablespoon
salt
a pinch
Vegetable oil
Preparation method
Mix all ingredients (except the oil) in a batter bowl and mix with a mixer to a smooth batter.
Heat a poffertjes pan over medium-high heat. If you don't have a poffertjes (mini pancakes) pan, you can also use a frying pan with some oil.
Scoop the batter into the pan with a ladle. In the poffertjes pan, fill the cavities to about half. In a frying pan make small pancakes of about 3 cm. Turn the pancakes when the edges are set and the centre is still liquid.
Serve the poffertjes (mini pancakes) warm with a knob of butter and a pinch of Tagatesse Without Sugars.
