Ingredients
Vegan Nofish filet

Creamy Cheese

Preparation method
Put a large pan of water on the hob and preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the potatoes and the parsnips. As soon as the water comes to the boil, add the potatoes and the parsnips at the same time.
Next, cut the peppers lengthways, remove the seeds and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with about 1 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of pepper, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Take a pan for the Vegan Nofish Marinated Fillet, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place over a medium-high heat.
Make the mash: drain the potatoes and parsnips, mash them, then stir in the Creamy Sheese and a pinch of salt.
Chop the almonds coarsely, then fry them briefly in a pan without oil to bring out their flavour.
Serve the mash with the marinated Nofish fillet, the roasted peppers, (roasted) almonds, and drizzle with and/or serve with lemon (juice).
