Almond flour

Cream cheese

Unsalted butter
50g
Tagatesse Without Sugars
50g
Baking powder
2 teaspoon
Vanilla extract
2 teaspoon
Pinch of salt
Preparation method
Preheat the convection oven to 170 degrees. Remove the cream cheese and butter from the fridge well before preparation to allow it to come to room temperature. Then add the softened butter, cream cheese, Tagatesse and vanilla to a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth.
While mixing the butter, add the eggs to the bowl one by one. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Then add this to the bowl with the eggs and mix to a smooth batter.
Taste the batter and add more Tagatesse or vanilla if desired. Pour the batter into the cake tin of your choice and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven.
After baking, let the cake cool and cut into slices. Serve a slice with some extra Tagatesse and fresh strawberries, if desired. Enjoy your meal!
