Chia seeds
8 tablespoons
Broken linseed
8 tablespoons
Sunflower seeds
8 tablespoons
Sesame seeds
6 tablespoons
Almond flour
2 tablespoons
Herbal salt, oregano
Water
300 ml
Keto crackers, you make them super quick and are ideal for breakfast or lunch.
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Now mix all the dry ingredients together well.
Then slowly add the water. Keep stirring well. You will notice that the water is absorbed very quickly.
Now take a baking tray lined with baking paper and place the mixture on it.
Take your rolling pin and gently roll until everything is about half an inch thick. Now sprinkle some extra spices on top.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Then turn the baking tray over, and place in the oven for another 25 minutes.
The crackers are ready when they "break" easily.
Without toppings, they are tasty too. But top them with some vegan cream cheese, olives, salad to have a nice lunch.
