Greek Flavour (Vegan)

Lemon Dressing:
Lemon
1/2
Linseed oil BIO
1tbsp
Mosterd
1tsp
Pepper
Paprika powder
Preparation method
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet.
Dice the cucumber and the Greek-style cheese, and finely chop the red onion.
Next, make the lemon dressing: squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with the linseed oil, pepper and paprika.
Put the couscous in a bowl, mix in the vegetables and the Greek seasoning, then finish with the lemon dressing.
