Tikka masala curry
First, rinse the chickpeas and soak them overnight in water to soften them.
Chop the onion. Prepare the rice as described on the packet.
Pour a dash of MCT oil into a pan and fry the onion. After a few minutes, add the diced tomatoes, coconut milk and tikka masala curry. Let this simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add the softened chickpeas and the vegan cream. Let this cook gently for another 5 minutes.
Then serve the rice with the sauce and enjoy.
