Tip: Chia pudding will keep for up to three days in the fridge. It is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes before eating it, but the longer you wait, the thicker it will become. We like to make our Chia Pudding the night before and leave it to set in the fridge overnight. If the Chia Pudding is too thick for your desired texture, add a splash of almond milk and mix until the desired texture is achieved.
Preparation method
In a bowl, mix Biofood chia seeds, ground ginger and cinnamon. Pour in the almond milk and Biofood maple syrup. Mix it all together. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and mix again to remove any lumps. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set (the longer you wait, the thicker it will get. See tips below).
Remove the chia pudding from the fridge and whisk again. Take two cups and take some melted chocolate for the bottom. Then pour the chia pudding on top and finish off with Biofood almonds and hazelnuts, which you can also dip in a layer of chocolate.
Bon appetit!
