Ingredients
Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
250 ml
Biofood chia seeds
3 tablespoons
Grated coconut
2 tablespoons
Vanilla aroma
1 teaspoon
Strawberries, cut into pieces
A handful
Liquid sweetener
to taste
A super healthy low-carb breakfast recipe! This chia pudding with coconut and strawberries is nutritious and very tasty. Did you know that chia seeds help maintain beautiful and supple skin, reduce the risk of diabetes, help burn fat and leave blood pressure.
Preparation method
In a large bowl, mix the almond milk, ground coconut, chia seeds, sweetener and vanilla flavouring well with a whisk.
Then divide the mixture between 1 jar and let it stand for 10 minutes. During the 10 minutes, stir everything well from time to time.
Put the jar in the fridge overnight, or at least for at least 2 hours, and place the strawberries on top of the pudding before serving.
