Fresh or frozen raspberries
Biofood agave syrup
1 tablespoon (you can always add more)
This recipe is perfect for 6 people.
Clean the watermelon and cut it into pieces. If necessary, make some melon balls and keep them separate. Put the sliced watermelon in a food processor. Add the raspberries, juice of ½ lime and a few mint leaves. Add 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or more to taste. Blend until combined.
When it is ready, strain the mixture to obtain a fine lemonade. If necessary, use the bottom of a wooden spoon to squeeze as much juice as possible from the mixture through the sieve.
Serve the lemonade with the melon balls, raspberries, mint, lime and ice, if desired.
