Ingredients
Biofood buckwheat flour

Fibre fit Oat meal

Fibre fit wheat bran
6 tablespoon
Fibre fit cracked linseed
2 tablespoon

Salt
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
2 teaspoon
Biofood agave syrup
2 tablespoon
Eggs

Yoghurt
200 ml
Biofood sunflower oil
2 tablespoon
Grated apple
1
Biofood sultanas or cranberries
1 generous hand
Biofood walnuts
1 generous hand
Grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a muffin tin with a little oil or use a silicone muffin tin.
Chop the walnuts and sultanas. And grate the apple.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl and mix all the wet ingredients together in another bowl
Now mix the contents of both bowls together and stir well into a nice batter.
Put the batter into the muffin tin and bake the muffins for 30 minutes.
