Biofood olive oil
Onion, finely chopped
Biofood green lentils

Heat the Biofood olive oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onion and fry until soft.
Add the tomato puree and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the Biofood green lentils and the herbs. Pour in 1 cup of water. Cook until the lentils are tender and remove from the heat.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Drain the pasta. Pour the lentil sauce over the cooked pasta and finish by sprinkling with chopped parsley. Enjoy your quick & easy dish.
