
Ingredients
coconut milk
400 ml
whole milk
120 ml
Tagatesse Without Sugars
100 g
Limes ((Juice and zest)
2
Biofood grated coconut
50 g
a pinch of salt

Preparation method
In a bowl mix the coconut milk, whole milk and Tagatesse until the Tagatesse is completely dissolved.
Add the lime juice, lime zest and grated coconut to the mixture and stir well.
If desired, add a pinch of salt to balance the flavours.
Pour the mixture into ice cream moulds or small plastic cups.
Place wooden ice cream sticks in the centre of each mould or cup.
Place the moulds or cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
Remove the popsicles from the freezer and let them stand at room temperature for a few minutes before removing them from the moulds.
Enjoy your refreshing coconut ice creams with lime and grated coconut on a stick!
