Ripe tomatoes

Damhert Vegan nozzarella
1 packet
Fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Optional: balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Preparation method
Place alternating tomato and nozzarella slices on a serving plate, placing basil leaves in between. Repeat until all slices are used.
Drizzle the salad with extra virgin olive oil.
Optional: Drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and nozzarella.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
