Damhert gluten-and lactose-free cake mix
This recipe is perfect for 8 people.
Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature. Take the margarine and mix it smooth for 2 minutes.
Put the cake mix, eggs and 200 g chocolate spread with the margarine in a bowl and mix them into a smooth, soft dough.
Put the dough in a greased cake tin.
Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool down a little.
Spread the rest of the chocolate spread over the cake as decoration.
