This recipe is for 1 person.
Mix the soy milk, the oatmeal and the chia seeds in a bowl and leave it one night or a couple hours in the refrigerator.
Pour the pudding in a little bowl.
Serve it with fresh fruit and/or superfoods.
Hint: do you like sweet pudding? Just add a little bit of Tagatesse
