AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
Between:
Damhert Nutrition NV, with registered office at [insert address], registered in the KBO under number [insert KBO number], hereinafter referred to as "Damhert Nutrition,"
and
The affiliate, hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate."
1. Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the cooperation between Damhert Nutrition and the Affiliate within the framework of the affiliate program, whereby the Affiliate earns commissions based on generated sales via the assigned affiliate links.
2. Compensation and Payment
- The Affiliate receives a commission based on a predetermined percentage of each referred sale. This percentage is specified in the Affiliate's profile and is always exclusive of VAT.
- The commission is paid on a quarterly basis.
- The invoice for a quarter must be submitted to Damhert Nutrition by the last day of that quarter. This means:
- For Q1: no later than March 31
- For Q2: no later than June 30
- For Q3: no later than September 30
- For Q4: no later than December 31
- If the invoice is not submitted on time, the right to commission payment for that quarter expires. Overdue invoices will not be accepted.

3. Use of Name and Logo
- The Affiliate may use the name and logo of Damhert Nutrition in their marketing activities, provided this is done in a professional and brand-friendly manner.
- Damhert Nutrition reserves the right to prohibit any misuse of the brand at any time.
4. Duration and Termination of the Agreement
- This agreement is for an indefinite period.
- Either party may terminate the cooperation at any time by providing written notice via email. Termination takes effect immediately.
- After termination of the agreement, no further commissions will be accrued or paid.
5. Tax and VAT Obligations
- The Affiliate is responsible for complying with applicable VAT regulations and must indicate whether they are subject to VAT.
- The commissions stated in the affiliate profile are always exclusive of VAT. If the Affiliate is subject to VAT, this must be correctly stated on the invoice.
6. General Provisions
- By registering for the Damhert Nutrition affiliate program, the Affiliate automatically agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. No signatures will be exchanged.
- Damhert Nutrition reserves the right to amend this agreement or the terms of the affiliate program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email.
