
Ingredients
Water
500 ml
Wellbeing Ginger Lemon Tea
1 bag
Lemon, juice
1
Damhert Acacia Honey or Biofood Agave syrup
4 tablespoon
Pear
2 slices
Cloves
6
Star anise
1
Cinnamon stick
1
A dash of rum
Optional:
Hot grog for a cold day. A winter drink to get nice and warm over the weekend.
Preparation method
Put the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then hang the tea bag in it and let it steep.
Then add the lemon juice and honey and taste if it is sweet enough for you, if not you can add some more honey.
Prick the cloves into the pear slices and add to the pan along with the star anise and cinnamon stick. Let simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, then add the liquor if necessary. Pour the hot grog into two glasses. Drink warm!
