Gluten-Free Salted Sticks
Pepper and Salt
Remove the Vegan Greek from its packaging and place it on a plate or cutting board. Cut the Greek into triangles, shaped like Christmas trees. Wash the cherry tomatoes and finely chop them. Also, finely chop the dill.
Cut the salted sticks in half. These will serve as trunks for the Christmas trees. Place the bottom of each 'Greek Christmas Tree' on the cut side of a stick, making it seem as if the stick is the tree's trunk.
Carefully decorate the Christmas trees with the cherry tomatoes, starting from the bottom and gradually working upward as decoration for the tree. Sprinkle a touch of finely chopped dill over the tomatoes as the 'greenery' of the tree. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Arrange the cheese Christmas trees elegantly on a platter for a festive presentation. Enjoy!
