Preheat the oven to 160 degrees (top and bottom heat).
Place the Tagatesse, butter (in cubes), flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and an egg in the bowl and knead into a cohesive dough.
Mix the cranberries and white chocolate pieces into the dough.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Form golf-ball-sized balls from the dough and place on the baking tray. Press them flat.
Bake the cranberry biscuits in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy!
