Vegan Nature or Vegetable Balls
2 trays
Peeled tomatoes
1 can
Onion
1
Garlic
1 clove
Vegan butter
A little bit of
Tomato puree
1 tablespoon
Italian herbs
Who doesn't like meatballs in tomato sauce? A real classic from Belgian cuisine... ideal as a snack for New Year's Eve and 100% VEGAN.
Preparation method
Fry the balls over medium heat for 4 minutes in vegan butter.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and add. Add the tomatoes and also a tablespoon of tomato puree. Season with Italian herbs. Cover for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate. Place some skewers on the balls and voila! You conjure up a delicious sustainable snack on the table!
